Fadie Musallet’s journey in philanthropy was shaped by the deep values instilled in him by his late grandfather, Hajj Hassan, a man who would always give to others before taking a bite for himself. A proud Palestinian, Fadie was born and raised in South Florida, where he grew up in a home filled with resilience and generosity. His mother, after losing Fadie’s father at a young age, single-handedly raised him and his four siblings, embedding in him the importance of kindness, gratitude, and always giving back to those in need.
Over a decade ago, Fadie moved to Dubai, a city he now calls home. While he has built a successful life and found himself in the spotlight—recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Powerful People in Dubai by Arabian Business and receiving the International Achievement Award from CEO Middle East and ITP Media in 2022—his heart has never strayed from his roots. As a cast member of Netflix’s Dubai Bling, one of the Middle East’s most globally recognized reality shows, Fadie may be surrounded by luxury, but his true purpose lies in giving back.
With this mission in his heart, he founded The Giving Family, an organization dedicated to helping those in need. Under his leadership, it has become the only charity in the UAE with a year-round lifetime charity license. In just three years, Fadie has helped distribute over 1,000,000 meals to labor workers, ensuring that the very people who build this city are never forgotten. His life is a testament to the idea that success isn’t measured by what you have—but by what you give.
